What are your hours?

• Monday-Friday - 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (sub counter closes at 5:45 PM)
• Saturday - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (sub counter closes at 4:30 PM)
• Sunday - CLOSED

When do you get cheese curd delivered?

We currently receive our cheese curd on Thursdays, but we pack each bag one at a time to keep it as fresh as possible.

Who's the little old lady who packs in the back?

That would be Marge.

How often do you receive Alteri's bread?

We get Alteri's bread on Tuesdays and Thursdays on a regular delivery schedule.

Online Ordering

How do I make sure my order is received?

1. Make a selection and choose your options for it. Then, click "Add to Order". Repeat step 1 until you are ready to check out.
2. After making ALL your selections, click "Check Out". You will then be taken to a page entitled "Submit Your Order".
3. Fill in the necessary information on that page, and click the "Submit Order" button at the bottom.

NOTE: Your order is NOT complete or received by us if you have not received an email confirmation. Please be sure you have completed each of these steps to ensure your order has been sent.

THEN, PLEASE ALLOW US 30 MINUTES TO PREPARE YOUR ORDER FOR PICK-UP.

I haven't received an email confirmation. Now what?

Check to be sure you followed the steps in the answer above under "How do I make sure my order is received?" If you followed those steps completely and still haven't received your confirmation, please call us at 315-642-0646. We're here to help!

When will my order be ready?

Please allow us 30 minutes to prepare your order before pick-up.

Special Inquiries

I want to place a bulk food order. How do I go about doing that?

Let us know what products you are interested in, and we will give you the price and the expected date, and then give you a call when your order arrives.

When do you place your bulk food orders?

We place our orders on Monday for a Wednesday delivery and Thursday for a Monday delivery.
