If you purchased a product from us and it did not meet your satisfaction, please contact North Country Store with your name, transaction number, and the name of the cashier who assisted you.

Bulk Food and Non-Food Products
Unopened products must be returned within 30 days of purchase and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a full refund or an exchange.
Refrigerated and Frozen Products
These products include all products that must be refrigerated or frozen for food health and safety:
We guarantee that our deli meats and cheese are fresh 7 days after they are sliced. If you purchase any deli meat or cheese from us, and it spoils within 7 days, you must contact us within that time frame to be eligible for a refund or a freshly sliced portion of the same amount of meat or cheese at no additional cost.
We are NOT obligated to accept refunds or exchanges for any refrigerated or frozen items if you have already purchased the product and no longer want it.
